find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Hi,
This is a sure fire way.
My wife and I went on this diet plan. She has tried all sorts of diets and none really worked for the long term. We started this plan on March 25th, 2007 and to date I have lost 18 pounds and my wife 17 pounds. Our friend that sponsored us lost 40 pounds in 90 days. This alone was impressive to us. This is really a health and diet plan. It's not hard on your system at all and the results are noticeable in a week or less.
If you would like our web site to join email us at willo1044@yahoo.com. My suggestion is the six pounds in nine day plan and then work your food items from there for more weight loss. Good Luck

When i want to lose weight i cut my calorie intake to about 1200-1400 calories a day, drink plenty of water and exercise. Definately stay away from foods with white flour, large amounts of sugar, and starchy foods. Make sure to eat plenty of vegetable, protein, fruits and whole grains. You should consume at least 1 gram of protein for every 2 pounds you weigh.

The basics are to eat less and exercise more, but I found I needed more help than that so I joined weight watchers and lost 60 pounds.

You loose weight by simply watching what you eat and drink water instead of soda, eat foods low in calories and put some fruits and vegies in it. Also try not to eat so much.

1- be confident you can do it
2 - Eat less but healthier. (instead of eating your way out, then going out jogging off your heart trying to burn those extra calories you just ate with pleasure!!)
3 - remain confident you can do it
4 - swap the pleasure of eating much by the pleasure you're reaching each day being closer..closer.. to your(real)self. (it helps a lot )
5 - 3 .. 4 .. 3.. 4 and so on.

diet and exercise. Seriously, you have to stay active and your diet will change as you get older, which means that you need to eat healthier to achieve the weight goals you want
