ok i have to lose atleast 10 pounds in 45 days 4 grad so please tell me what to do and i prefer more exercise

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Ten pounds is not a lot to loose in 45 days.

Eat less, but eat whole grain foods, lean protiens, fruit and veggies, and foods which are not processed. Avoid fast food and large portions. Drink at least 64 oz of water a day too! Water will help your body metabolize fat better. You might also consider adding a multi vitamin as well.

Also add excercise. I walk for 50-60 mins every day and also do 10-15 mins of strength training every day.

Finally, I find that I can't have any thing that will tempt me in the house at all--so rid your cabinets and fridge of treats, sweets and things to stay strong!

The only exercise I can think of that is fun (for me) is dancing. However, that's because I don't enjoy walking or running unless I have a destination in mind. On that note, set a goal for yourself that you're going to walk to a certain place every day. Once you've got that down, try jog/walking to it. Jog a little, walk a little. Or, rollerskate/rollerblade there (it's not as hard on the knees).

Track your calories... you need to be eating at a calorie deficit. This can be accomplished by eating less, exercising more, or a combination of both. A deficit of 1000 calories per day (through nutrition and exercise) will give you a 7000 calorie deficit over a week... This would equate to 2 pounds a week. Over 45 days, that would be a little more than 12 pounds!!

you always need to have a balance between eating healthy and exercises lots of water its too important running its very good if u want to loose weight

there is something called the soup diet[delicious!} safe infatc given by doctors..if you do it corectly you can lose ten pounds in a week..and its still filling. Ask your doctor for this diet.tel them its you just want to try it for a week or two.
