I had 2 people that gave me money but didnt attend the wedding.

one person that gave us a gift wasnt invited to the wedding. She is a patient at the physical therapy place I work at. What so I say to her?

Thank you notes should always have a personal touch. Of course thank them for the gift. Then tell them what it means to you (for cash: what you'll spend it on). And write something about what it makes you think of (cash: how much you've anticipated what you now can afford). If none of these apply or you can't think of anything else, tell them about how happy you are to be married, how they can view the pictures online, or your most memorable moment of the wedding, so they can feel a part of the event.

Just write the standard, "thank you so much for your overwhelming generosity, blah, blah" for both. You don't have to mention anything about them not attending the wedding but if you want you can say, "I really missed you at the wedding and hopefully we can catch up soon," or something like that. Thank them for the gift, maybe mention briefly how it helped or what you bought with it, if you think it's appropriate (Thank you, we managed to fill out or china!) or some such.
Don't mention that they didn't attend unless you can find a way to do so VERY gracefully and not sounding like you're saying "Well, you should have been there."
I left that out of all of my thank you cards because I was rather bitter at who didn't come. But there are graceful ways to say it, I just don't know them.

Thank them profusely for the gift and then say something like " I am so sorry you were not able to attend the wedding, we missed you" or something like that.

Just tell her how sweet it was to put so much thought into the gift she bought you and how touched you were. For the 2 people who sent money tell them you appreaciate that they thought of you and that the money will come in handy on the honeymoon. Congrats on your new marriage.

I would write a thank you note, and then thank her in person. Just explain how sweet it was of her to think of you, even though she was unable to attend.
