find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

okay what you need to do maybe is to run everyday about i would say 12Min's but its up to you the frist lap i would just walk then second lab run half way then start to walk then take a 2min break and drink water. but in the morning i would jump rope for about 5 Min's then i woulds go to school then come home get ready to go to the track and do Whatt i did at the top. it took me a while to lose weight. but if this don't work for you try someone elses routine

degrease by scrubbing in the shower for 15 minutes then spend 7 minutes shaving 3 minutes toweling off 4 minutes moisturizing and 20 minutes blow drying and styling your hair

loose the beer homeboy. get intouch with that inner model. think babe watch chicks while running and think porn star models while working out, thats what i did, i also dropped all the drinking and sugars, sodas and late night treats.; just portion yourself and youll have one of those girls in no time
