Very often it's your diet at fault.
Try cutting out rubbish like Big Macs, Chips, sweets and all the other stuff you know is bad for you.

Eat lots of fruit and drinks lots of water - not Coke or lemonade - just pure water. At least 2 litres a day.

Some people say they don't like the taste of water - which is a bit stupid because pure water hasn't got a taste. If you still can't drink it, put a few drops of fresh lemon juice in the glass.

Give it a try for a couple of weeks. Fruit and fresh vegetables are very nice so it's no great hardship. If things haven't improved, which I doubt very much, then see your doc.

Argh.. I have the same problem and I'm 13, it never seems to vanish no matter what I try. I got the expensivist product I could get my hands on and It wasn't satisfying; it just dried my pimples and made them more visable. I just decided to let it heal on my own now.

For you; I suggest you maybe get some acne product and try it out, see if it helps. Other then that, remember not to wash your face THAT much. Here are some tips;

- Wash your face once daily
- Hands of! If you HAVE to touch it make sure its with clean hands because the oils and dirt on your fingers can get into those pores and it won't look good.
- Try and limit the junk & greesy foods because they can increase the acne.
- Don't pop or pluck at your pimples! It will just leave a nasty scar!
- When you wash your face try not to scrub.

If you don't see any diference OR if it gets worth or is really buging you I suggest seeing your doctor to find a solution.

- Good luck! =)
