For me, the best thing is a sincere smile. Girls being "cool, calm, collect", not being exciteable; sincere; genuine. Meeting a guys gaze; twirling her hair; non-chalant.
That's the thing: everyone is different, and what is a turn-on for one person may be a turn-off for someone else.
