This whole situation sounds like the plot from the movie
"Sleeping with the Enemy" with Julia Roberts.
Rent that movie and see how she handled her situation.
It may give you idea on how to deal with your crisis
Believe it or not, movies do tend to mirror real instances and how instances were reacted to in movie can also be true for real life.

Call the cops ASAP! File a restraining order, if he comes close once he's dealing with the legal system again. Since he has the rape charge he'll likely be back in jail.
Depending on how insane this guy is you may want to look into staying with a friend he doesn't know until this blows over, keeping someone with you when you have to go home, that sort of thing.
Sorry to hear you're dealing with a guy like this and have gone through what you have.

This isn't something you can leave in the past, you need to deal with it. You need to get a restraining order against him and call the police as soon as he violates it. Maybe you can contact the police now and see if they can patrol your area more. Good luck to you. Also, when you move to get away from this guy, you need to make sure you don't tell anyone else where you live, of course that info will get back to him.

Isn't there a number you could call to contact a local law enforcement agency or even call the courthouse that your case took place in.. They should be able to do something about it (like move you or take him back in if you have proof of all of this)..
My mom works for the courthouse here where I live and she is actually one of the people who does that stuff (relocating and what not), which is why i ask if you have something like that around you..
If you aren't sure, I'd look into it. It's for your safety and possibly the safety of others.

Maybe you should look into changing your name and moving again. Call your local police department or an attorney for some information. I'm sure they have a lot of resources to help you out. If anything, you can notify the police in your area of your threat so that they can have it on file to respond quicker should you need to call. Good luck!

All I can say is pray and have faith that God will take care of you. There are so many things you can do to protect yourself. There should be a restraining order placed on him if he has been released from jail so contact the police and let them know about the harrasment. Prayer is the best thing though. God is still able. You just have to have faith. I'll pray for your saftey and for your faith.

You need to report his behavior to the authorities... They can keep an eye out for him. I know that doesn't make you feel any safer, but it's a start. Make sure that you have alarms on your house, and keep an eye on your surroundings. Hopefully everything will straighten out and you can enjoy your life without having to look over your shoulder.
Good luck!!!!

If he is on parole i'm sure he has been told not to come near you. I would contact your local police department and see what actions you can take. Maybe until thing settle you should go stay with friends or family.

contact the authorities where you ar now.tell then your problem. you may want to think of taking self defense or carrying a weapon, i know it seems harsh but. I would at least get some pepper spry and always keep in contact with someone you trust. there are also cell phones that are available to call 911.
Take Care of Yourself
