i weigh 300pounds and iam 19..yes i know this is bad....well i want to get pregnant and start a family....i dont have a period so i cant ovulate....i really want a child well how much weight will i have to loose to start my menstruation back and will i be able to get pregnant?? iam takeing a diet pill called leptopril 2 capsules 3 times a day and iam not eating but maybe 600 calories a day...will i loose that way?? and what are some good indoors exercises?? please someone answer

you can start aerobics or go on a treadmill but dont start not eating because that is very bad for yor health you have to eat in moderation like fruits and vegetables try to eat whole grain food and other food with fiber in them

Eat 5-6 small healthy meals a day. This will keep your metabolism up. Drink lots of water and walk 30 - 60 minutes a day. You may have to work up to this. Do the best you can to start. If you don't want to go outside (you should not let your weight stop you) try to get a treadmill. Be patient and you can do this. Take the weight off slowly and healthily and you will create a lifestyle that keeps the weight off. Your only 19 this is very achievable.

if you eat too few calories your body will go into starvation mode, making it even harder to lose weight. Eat natural healthy foods like fruits and veggies, nothing processed. Also be careful not to get pregnant while on the weightloss meds!

the best exercise for you would be to swim every day. if you can't do that (or don't want to) walking will help a lot. I lost 100 pounds by watching what I ate and walking every morning.
