Lose weight excersise?!?
hello, i am 5''4 and 124 lbs. my measurements are: 32-26-37. i am 15. i have some fat on my belly and i have huge thighs that are like size 7-8. i really want to lose weight by july or june. i want to get toned visible abs. i have a treadmill, and excersise bike and this ab machine where you get on your knees and roll this thing out. how much should i eat and how much should i excersise and how long should i excersise? this is really important to me, i am getting depressed because of my fatness. i want to wear size 3-5 jeans. and does the 6 second abs really work? thankyouuuuuuuuu.ps. i want to lose around 10-15 lbs. can i do it in 2-3 months?
