It is very possible. God has created a large and unending universe (We don't know the extent). It is very likely that this dimension or any other will have an Earth similar to ours. I sometimes wonder why scientists search for water on other planets when extraterrestrial beings might be able to sustain themselves by something else. =)

I believe that the possibility of extraterrestrial life definitely exists however, I do not believe we have been visited by aliens.

See , now my dad would say if it's not in the bible , it's not real , if you can't even find a refrence then it's not real . People say if you read The book of Job , there is a passage about alien visitation ( but highly debateable ) Most people say to my dad that outer space isn't in the bible either , but it is in Genisis . He created the HEAVENS and earth . I think it's niave to believe that we're the only life form created by God , but most Christians believe that if there was alien life , it would diminsh the belief that God holds us above anyone or thing created as stated in the bible . We supposedly have mastery of it all , the tower of babel proved that .

Have they been here ? Doubtful but possible - Universe is a big place and you need to break or bend the laws of psychics to travel in it. That's a tall order
