Don't do it. It's not worth the trouble it may cause. Some people are going to get all philosophical about his trust in you (or lack thereof) but what's the point anyway? Dance with your sweetie!

If you really have to ask this question, then I would double-think why I was with my boyfriend. If you are dating someone, things like dances, dates, etc, are reserved for them...not "some boy that likes me".

if you like them, which you must since your asking. then dump your boyfriend and go to the dance with the new guy. if you dont like them, say no cause your boyfriend really wouldnt like you to go with someone else.

Tell him your flattered but you are already involved with someone. It's best to be upfront and honest but being nice about it doesn't hurt either.
