you see i had a boyfriend but he didnt live with me, yeah he stayed over and stuff but i had a child and he wasnt the father, but he used my address for his work etc as he didnt really have a fixed abode. Now i am being pursued by the DSS cos they think he lived with me but he didnt, i was the householder, he wasnt registered at my address on electoral roll or anything but he did use it for various things.

If you let them use it, you won't get into trouble, nor should they, unless they're doing something illegal in which case you could have the police on your doorstep looking for them.

I would not like that; if they owe money or get a bad credit rating then it will come back on you as they have given your address.

You can both get into trouble if caught, especially if its for anything to do with money.

depends on what sort of stuff they are doing.

any thing ilegal then no dont let them use your address
