One of the things to try first, and for temporary relief if you have no meds, is massaging pressure points on your hand and fingers. Between your thumb and index finger, take your other thumb & index finger and massage the soft area of the hand with a bit of pressure. If you hit the correct area, it will be a slight pain but you'll know you are there. Also, massage or squeeze the tips of your fingers (the area the nail covers). You can feel the pressure lighten in your head. It may help until you can see a doctor if it persists for a day or so with over the counter decongestants. Don't wait too long because I had a close friend die because she thought she had a bad sinus infection and she had meningitis!

Most "sinus headaches" are actually migraine headaches. As such they are often triggered by outside events: stress, sun, fatigue, hunger, bright lights and "trigger foods". These foods can be such things as chocolate, red wine, blue cheese and many other foods.
So, avoiding these triggers is the best "natural" remedy.
Possibly things that contain salicylic acid, such as willow, might help relieve some pain.
Otherwise, there are very good anti-migraine medicines available.

Take aspirin or ibuprofen for pain relief. Apply heat to the area of pain 4 times a day. Use more than one pillow when sleeping to elevate your head to drain your sinuses. Try using nasal spray. Get plenty of rest. Take a hot bath or shower. Use a humidifier. Drink tea, as it looses congestion in your sinuses.

take like a clarinex or something. I put an ice pack to my head the other day and that relieved the pain. Also, to clear my sinuses I had some hot sauce, since it's spicy it like cleared me up and stuff. It really worked.
