I'm from the South so something else that is very yummy is to take cheddar cheese scarmbled eggs and mixing them into a big bowl of cheese grits. yummy. If your ever in the South check it out.
Also when your in spicy mood, throw in some pepper jack.
So yes I love all kinds of cheeses in my scrambled eggs. =)

i absolutely love scrambled eggs with cheese all kinds of cheeses.!
I like for the cheese to be melted right on top and i often make a sandwhich out of it.

I do, but what I do is beat the eggs and make it like a tortilla
then i use red peppers onions and mozzarella cheese on top of the eggs and fold it in half .try it

The bigger question is "Who doesn't?" I like to make mine with cream cheese and then put feta on top.

I do it with American cheese or grated Parmesan! Either one's GOOD!
