Calories are in almost every foodstuffs, fruit and veg included.

But the calorie content is usually very minimal, compared to eating something the same weight that's 'junky'.

I believe bananas have what would be the most calories, but with most fruit, they're so full of vitamins and general good stuff that it's not worth looking at the calorie content.

I found this site which gives a basic analysis of fruit and it's nutritional value, including calories:

calories are in everything and some fruits will have more than others these typically being the very sweet juicy fruits such as citric fruits because of the natural sugars that make them up. however they have next to no fat content and are full of anti oxidants ( love them!) fruit is definatly the way to go inbetween meals when your hungry its important to get your 5 a day for obvious reasons. Bananas seem to be the worst for calories but are still better alternative to a chocolate bar hands down kiwi are a great choice and melon is low in calories and satisfies any sweet tooth ^_^

I am the same way, but I have a problem with eating when I am bored. I feel like a fat cow all the time and I can't ever seem to lose anything. I also have a large rib cage which makes me look fatter and I can't fit into dress cause I am too short for sizes that are bigger and my "size" I can't zip once I reach my ribs. Lucky I can only eat one meal a day most of the time, cause my family is kind-of poor, my dad is a pig and eats everything, it has always been that way so I am never really "fat" but I hatw the way I look. One thing I do is stay up all night, cause I can't get any food. So that I can sleep though two meals and only worry about dinner. Btw water does make you gain anything, well I mean yeah if you drank a gallon of water then weight yourself sure there would be some pounds added, but as soon as you use the bathroom they will all be gone.

Not much is calorie free. Fruit has quite a lot of natural sugar so beware of eating too much. An apple has around 50 calories but a few sticks of celery has hardly any- in fact you use more calories chewing it than you get from eating it!!!

Fruit is very good for you - it has dietary fibre(which is very good for you) as well calories but you can over do things. Three pieces of fruit a day should be plenty.

No. An any 'hidden calories' are good calories in fruit. Not the 'empty' caslories found in som other foods and drinks like Coca Cola for instance. Fruit is natural so is healthyist alternative.

Fruit does not have hidden calories. You could look up how many calories an average sized fruit has. The good thing about eating fruit over candy is that is packs more antioxidants and fiber. Antioxidants will help your body cut down on free radicals (which raises the risk of cancer), and fiber can help you feel fuller longer.

Hidden calories? Not really. Just watch your portion sizes. You can typically eat as much as you want of most fruits, but be careful with things like grapes. I know I can eat a whole large bowl of them, and they're relatively high-calorie for their size.

Fruits do have calories but fruits have vitamins and fiber and such that the body needs. If you don't eat fruits ... you will need to take vitamins to supplement your body...so long story short eat fruits...they're good for you..your hair, nails and skin.
Moderation is the key!
good luck

looking at your recent questions darling i think you should look firstly at what has made you think you should be a certain weight and size and perhaps you should talk to your parents or a doctor which is totally confidential. everyone is made differently and its what you are inside that counts not how thin you are.
