I just find it amusing that people that are interested in tattoos can't spell it. I only got a GED, but damn if I’m interested in something the first thing I learn is how to spell it.

Considering it is on this website about 10 times, and there is a built in spell checking. I think it's funny.
Tatoo - wrong
Tattoo - correct

I Am Very Amazed... Especially Since Almost Everything Now-a-days Has A Spell Check Of Some Sort.

Okay I must admit I have the worst grammer and spelling in the world, see I don't even know if grammer is with an a or an e. I do usually spell check myself because I know I can't spell. But I can spell tattoo, see I did it : )

I can understand misspelling, poor grammar, odd capitalizations, weird punctuation, etc, in IM and other types of chatting. That's rather more spur of the moment and far more casual.
But here? Or any other place where you can proof the response? I just don't get it. A well reasoned argument needs clear & appropriate presentation. It's half tempting to thumbs down a response purely based on seeing constructions like "ur a duma$$" and the ilk.

Thanks for the smile. You have no idea how many times I've wanted to start an answer out by saying, "Well, first you might want to learn how to spell it before you get it".....but I try not to be too sarcastic in my answers. When a spell check is right there it's amazing.

It does amaze me...especially since a lot of the people typing "tattoo" actually have them. I would hope that anything I have my body, I'm able to spell...=)
