How does one go about making new friends when they already have a reputation for being a 'outcast'????

And when they already have almost none?

You must change the image.Be more open and polite and try new ways to get in contact with people.In other words,you have to change the whole concept about you.Is not easy,but is not impossible.Just give it a try.
