It is a 6022i Infinity speaker set.. ive looked at the pictures and everything and i cant figure it out.

There is a metal plate, a plastic plate, the speaker itself, and the cover.. it doesnt seem hard but im still not sure.

The metal plate and the plastic plate are adapter brackets. You'll use one or the other but not both. Line up each to the speaker opening in the vehicle and see if one matches the factory mounting screw locations. (You may have to cut some of the tabs off the plastic bracket). Then you'll mount the bracket to the vehicle, and mount the speaker to the bracket. It's possible that neither will match, or that the mounting tabs on the speaker itself will match. You don't have to use a bracket if the speaker will mount securely without it.

The cover piece typically isn't used if you're replacing a stock speaker of the same size. It's for mounting the speaker in a custom location where you cut a new hole.
