There are no scriptures of the Christian Bible that I know of dealing with Iraq in this modern day. If there is, it is probably taken out of context by whoever is using it today.

However, the book of Daniel speaks of Ancient Iraq, which was then BABYLON. The prophet Isaiah prophecied about what would happen to Babylon in the future, but these prophecies have long ago been fulfilled. We see their fulfillments are even recorded in the scriptures else where.
How can that be? Remember the Bible was not assembled in one day. The Bible is library of books each separated by time, space and event. The prophecies in the Old Testament are called in the term of theologians --- classical prophecies----- meaning they were written specifically for their contemporaries. The Book of Revelation however is a book for these last day. In order to understand the book you would have to connect it with the book of Daniel like hand in a glove. There is no final prophecy in the book of Revelation on Iraq. Revelation focuses on America, the Papacy, the church and the crisis in the whole world in general. These are the prophecies we need to focus on. If you want to learn about these prophecies go to this website and swim with joy in it: www.amazingfacts.org.

of course it is. The end times are near, seriously. In two years you will all be eating crow as you think about Jason B from Y! answers. But it will only be the end for 2/3 of the population. 1/3 will live to see what should have been, since the beginning. If you want to live then store food and water and stay away from the coasts, rivers, streams, fault lines, nuclear plants and all areas not over 400ft above sea level. Live in a dome house and sleep with very protective dogs. When the time comes man will be very desperate and violent if they are not prepared to survive the catastrophe. Good luck.

The nation was divided into 3 parts. But Iraq is not Babylon, look for 2 nations that gave power to the beast, which no other nation can stand against.

Hey I think you are very lost and confused as you didn't supply any scripture, but then again maybe you are talking about the Bible as a whole. If that is the case then you are very lost and confused as the Bible talks about how government is to protect it's people and sometimes they only way to protect us is war. I will be praying for you in any way I can. God bless!

Granted you haven't shown the Scripture, but in advance, "In no part of the Bible is the war in Iraq prophesied or signified. We may find passages to address its morals, but it is not addressed in itself."

I don't need to see the Scripture to address it.

I don't know what part of scripture you are referring to, but I do believe we are living in the End of Times.
