Question

Have you ever lost interest in a guy during a relationship and ended it, but in the future felt like that was the wrong idea and wanted back in?

and if so what signs did you give to him that you were unsure of your original decision?

I kind of lost interest, but I think that's because after two years I was so use to my boyfriend. I didn't feel that 'new love' feeling anymore. It was more like 'comfortable love.' That's what I like to call it. Somedays I felt like I didn't love him and other days I was madly in love with him. I've read that this is normal in relationships. I broke up with him because I was tired of it all. I knew that he was bored too and he was really getting on my nerves because of the way he was acting. We were both at each others throats constantly! We broke up for 7 miserable months and didn't communicate at all during this time. I was depressed the entire time and couldn't find anyone to match up to him. Then, we started talking again and it felt like we'd never broken up. He didn't date anyone during the time we were broken up because he couldn't find anyone like me! Cute, huh? I really hope I marry him even though we're in the whole 'comfortable love' stage. People need to realize that the feeling of 'new love' is temporary. Hope this helps! <3

I have lost interest in a relationship. We were together for 12 years had so many good times and bad times too. One day (out of the blue) I didn't want to be with him anymore. I walked away and never looked back. When I'm done, I'm done. No looking back!

YES... for me there really was no signs just one day after i came home from school im just like wow i dont really like him anymore (i may have liked someone else- but most times i jsut lost interest) i never showed signs because i never wasted time to break up with him then like the next week i wanted him back more than before.

if your worried- she will most likely come back to you unless she has interest in someone else. she probably just needs a break for awhile.

Umm put it like this, we dont loose intrest. We just get tired of you and want you to go away sometimes. But on the other hand if you give a girl her space then that will never occur.

Sometimes you just stop the relationship, because you are bored. But later I may think, that if that guy came back, I wouldn't mind.

yeah i went through it. it sucked cause he was really sweet. i just got really tired of the same thing over n over. i wanted a break or change. we broke up. but then surprise surprise he has a new gf. so i try to meet new ppl and then he starts to get jealous. so we talk about getting back together and he throws me to the side. but i tried, i really wanted him back. but it was too late

Oh of course!! My signs were always tring to hang out with him. And everytime I was around him I'd smile. But when he was around other people I was quiet. Not major hints but they were still signs!!

Yep I have, and after that I regretted it and gave hints by lightly flirting with him, he got the idea and came back. However, we are apart not, he got married and has a kid, so it didn't last.

that goes back to that saying you never know what you had until its gone, give the guy a call and just be honest with him, let him know how you feel, dont hold anything back. good luck

Yes, and in your situation I'd call for a "break" that way if you decide you want him again -- you never really left. But know breaks are not that long.
