1-Genuine questions are asked to enhance vision, knowledge and thinking spectrum and to know the truth.
2- Absurd questions are asked to fulfil the satisfaction of ego, to insult and disgrace others, or to show the meanness of self.
sometimes genuine questions have the second motive and at times the absurd question delivers the first objective.

To kill time? I answer because I am learning something new with each question , and is like a puzzle trying to find the answer. I ask if I may need help on a question , I do not have an answer for.

Its way to ask more than your own group of friends for advice or answers to tuff questions or problems and its a way for the answerers to help out others. and For me personally I only ask when I think its an interesting question(to me) and answer when I think I can give good insight. Also I get bored sometimes at work!

Its just a timepass for me,Answering just boost up the confidence and im making new friends too.Well ,its better to answer here than any money earning sites coz here atleast ppl hav sensible questions and there is no hurry for money by others.

It is a forum where u can gossip with large number of friends and it may possible that with this u get some good friend to whom u can come on e-friendship. This is a good forum and centre of learnign something from the valued experience of others.

Boredom... it gives me something to do. It alows me to tell people what i think, which I just loooove to do...lol. I like asking questions because if I need to know something, I have a million of my closest friends waiting to answer...hehe

Because most of us enjoy wasting time when we should be working. I am just lucky that my boss wastes more time on the internet than I do.
