I have a curved spine i think is what the doctor said. They found it 3 years ago, and i haven't had it checked in about 2 years. Could my spine be getting worse and causing me depression? I really don't have a reason to be depressed..

If the doctor diagnosed you with a scoliosis then yes that can become worse but you would more than likely have back pain with a worsening of the scoliosis curve. Your depression is caused by a chemical imbalance in your brain...not the curve in your spine.

Curved spine could be Kyphosis, or Scoliosis? However I doubt this will be causing your depression, unless you are worried about it or have noticed 'something' like the way you walk, the way your clothing hangs? The fact they located it but have not returned to treat it or suggest anything, makes me think it is a minor problem, rather than anything 'serious'. Therefore, start now and keep it minor, get some exercise for the spine, walk tall and be proud of what you are doing to help yourself. Then you look back and say 'I had this problem and I did it myself!' That is the best feeling in the world.

Spinal problems can and will create many problems. Some with names you can't pronounce and have no meaning to you but, sounds good to some.
A curved spine will put pressure on the nerves of the back, where do they lead, to all parts of the body, controlling everything from your breathing to your toes wriggling.
Forget everything else and go see a good neurosurgeon or Neurologist. He may run MRI's and CAT's to see what, if anything is being disturbed.
This should be the information given to you, go see the proper doctor.

Don't let anyone tell you that you cannot change the shape of things. "Remember, in your spinal chord, is 25-30% Glycine neurotransmission, with a lot of GABA, Norepinpehrine, and Seritonin and Acetylcholine. These are neurotransmitters, but are very responsible for the cell to cell communication up the spinal chord, which is pretty amazing since we are upright most of the time. Look these up and see if you can supplement with them by internet searches and looking for formulas compromised of Amino Acids, Vitamins, Minerals, and Enzymes only. If you can do this, you will get ingredients that a lot of people do not have with integrity.
