I'm an Australian/UK duel national born in the UK and i'm preparing to get a UK passport and National Insurence Number and am trying to get all official documents ready, can i use my australian name change certificate or will i have to get a UK issued change of name deed?

Legal documents executed in Australia are valid in UK when there is no conflict of laws.

if you are born in the uk of british parents no problem you will get the uk passport however this dual nationality thing and name chane sounds like you are going to have to get a barrister to obtain your uk passport havent you contacted the e,mbassy about this problem or are you living in another country? not so easy is it good luck and bonne chance with that one

It should not present a problem, when using your Australian identity, as your passport will be issued by Australia, and will be honored by all countries where they permit travel.

properly....that's form of. My call is Jan and my final call is Golden. i understand I wasn't very unique as quickly as I signed up yet i became between the early people who signed up for this. I also have a feeling the po po might seek your motor vehicle after seeing your call. puff puff bypass ;)
