We are thinking of going to watch the Ricky Hatton fight in Las Vegas at the end of June. What is the dress code for boxing events in Vegas? As we will be flying from London, i don't want to carry to much. Will and suit and tie be ok? Or is it black tie / tuxedo? Or will most people just be in jeans and t-shirts?

you picked a good fight to go too, unfortunately I am routing for Jose Luis Castillo to beat Hatton in an entertaining fight. As far as your clothes, just dress regurlarly. No dress code is enforced. However, if you sit up in front you may want to dress up a little bit more because most celebraties dress up pretty nice and sit down there. Enjoy the fight! Im considering getting tickets as well!

It depends on where you sit. If you are not on the floor or ringside, nobody is going to care, and I imagine that you will look and feel silly in the stands with a tie on.

However ringside, you will see many people dressed in tuxedos, ties, and at least very nice collared, button-up shirts. You might look a little out of place with jeans and t-shirt on the floor.

Our friends went to watch the recent fight Del ahoy and Mayweather (?) at MGM, they wore casual smart clothes, don't turn up in shorts and a t shirt! Have a great time x

In Vegas, ANYTHING goes. You'll see tuxedos next to cargo shorts and t-shirts.

Just dress casually to be safe... no flipflops.
