I do understand what prevents them from having higher levels of vit K. I just don't know WHY they all prevent it. It seems there has to be an explanation. Are there any studies done on this?

Are there any reasons (benifits in general health) that newborns are born with low amounts of vit. K? It just seems to me that God planned for it to be normal for infants to have bodies with low amounts of vitamin K for the first few days of life. What was God's rationale? or nature's reasoning? (if nature has the ability to reason)
