There are plenty of decent guys in the world. The problem these days is that you only hear about the bad ones. Now you need to make a list of things you want in a man. Another thing you need to do is get out of your house and find him. Guys aren't going to knock on your door and ask if you are home and single. LOL
Here are a few suggestions on where you might find a decent man where alcohol is not involved:
1) Church or any other house of religious worship.
2) Volunteer groups
3) Through friends and family.
4) Libraries and book stores.
5) Electronic stores - We guys love our gadgets.

Heh, for the most part no.
It has kinda been beaten out of the male psyche. The nice guys don't get the girl, they don't get the job.
We're trained from childhood to be proud and macho, not humble and respectful. it's like girls being trained into thinking they can only be beautiful if they are dumb and skinny.
Society really pushes the competitive aspect for guys. Those who can stay at the top of the dogpile by whatever means possible are considered successful.
Women don't seem to really want the nice guys. They want the bad boy to tame. Of course the bad boy won't have any of it. They want the pretty boy, to show off to their friends. Even though he'll always be getting flirted with, to her chagrin.
If you're seriously looking for the good guys, look beyond the showboats and loudmouths. The quieter guys that don't put their life out for everyone to see, may just have something to offer you.

Yes - There are no decent guys left in the world. Sorry, but the decent girls left with them too! So I guess that just leaves the rest of us poor saps and sapettes stuck with what we got to make the best of it!

Hon, all guys have issues and problems, but so do we! Dont think of the world as a place with no good guys left in it! Go into every date and relationship you have thinking that he IS a great guy and WILL be there for you. Dont sit around waiting for mr. perfect to show up at your door because thats not going to happen. look for the best in people and stay with it! no realationship should end because of one stupid argument or flaw you find in him. YOU CAN FIND A GOOD MAN!!! just remember that........and it rhymes =)

As always, I have asked the same question about women. Good guys are out there, they are usually the shy ones or the ones you normally wouldn't give a second look. Just be sociable (away from the bar scene) & don't be afraid to talk to strangers, you never know......
