Not greasy, yet very thin?

Next.. my hubby has thin fragile hair, again no matter what we use his hair stays thin. He does not loose much hair, just stays thin. We cut his hair fairly short, he washes his hair every second day, still nothing.. any advise please.

It will always be thin. He doesn't have the follicles for thick hair.
