I was listening to BBN this morning to Wisdom for the Heart. The pastor was discussing how the world is in such a turmoil and that sin has overtaken everyone. He made a very interesting point about abortion. Did you know that it is illegal to harm in any way the egg of a Bald Eagle in the United States, but abortion is legal in many states? How do we justify protecting an animal but allowing the murder of unborn children? Jesus clearly stated in the Bible that one human soul is more important than any thing else in creation. Now, even if you are not a Christian you have to see the irony of this situation! Animals are more important than human life? Oh I pray for all those lost souls who believe this.

The bald eagle may be endangered, I know this, but we are still more important than animals!! You all have missed the mark. We are not to decide to kill off our children or people!! God decides when our time on earth is done. It really is so sad that women think they can have sex freely and then use abortion as a form of bc. What is even sadder is that man has made this so easily accesible. It's like we have said, "sure, go have sex whenever, however and with whoever you want, and if you get knocked up, just stop by the office and we'll take of that little problem for you"!! We are in such a sad state and the worst part is, a lot of us don't even know it"!

B. Abortion shouldn't be used as birth protection, and it's sad it's used that way, that's what condoms are for, but people make mistakes, or are raped, or are just plain unfit for parenting. Being a guy, I feel I have no real say in the matter anyway. Woman's choice.
C. The bald eagle is illegal to kill because that's what must be done for it to survive at this point. That in no way reflects anything to do with abortion. It's correcting one of mankind's previous mistakes.

The bald eagle was on the endangered species list for a long time ... the bald eagle is our national bird, that is why it was made unlawful. It has nothing to do with choosing a fetus over a bird's egg.
