the only hair care products you will need, will not be found in the beauty section, rather the grocery section.
this stuff really works..
and also get a trim
but this thing I am about to tell you will repair, and do everything, it's like your hair is reborn, do it regularly. you will be amazed how it feels like babies hair just after one time.
Here you go! I have already gotten like a million best answers for this, and my friends call this hair crack. So, don't pass this up!
FOR THICK AND THIN HAIR
1. Warm up some olive oil in the microwave (not too hot, luke warm, and the purer the olive oil the better.)
2. Apply it all over your hair. Apply it to dry hair. Especially pay attention to the ends.
3. Wrap your hair with plastic wrap. (This is because it does get a little drippy sometimes).
4. Place a towel around your neck. (Same reason as above.)
5. Leave in for an hour.
6. Shampoo and condition it out. (Make sure not to slip in the shower, that stuff is slippery.
THIS IS FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE THIN HAIR
Use coconut oil, and do the same as above. (It's not as drippy as olive oil though.) Coconut oil isn't really great for people with thick hair. It tends to make thick hair a little tangled and little greasy. So people with thin hair only!
Do this either once a week or every other week.
I have gotten so many people hooked on this, it should be illegal.
Definetly do this and tell me how it works!

I would reccommend using a heat protecting spray before you use your curling iron. Pretty much any professional hair product lines have one of these. Ones I like are made by CHI and Paul Mitchell. There is a shampoo that will smooth that dry hair right out that I like but it is VERY pricy. If you are willing to spend the money it is called Nanoworks and it is made by Pureology. It will repair your hair in less than a week but runs about $50 a bottle although it does last for a long time. Pureology also has some less expensive shampoo that will help also. Sometimes you can go in and get a travel size for like $10 and those last a couple weeks too because you don't use very much.

After you get your damaged ends cut off, stop using any heated hair appliances. Natural hair is the prettiest if you have a slight wave, or curly, or straight it's always going to look best natural. Let your hair air dry, wearing your hair in a pony tail actually isn't going to help hair ties damage your hair even if they don't have the metal bracket on them. NEVER brush your hair when wet if you have to for your hair to not dry weird comb it with your fingers and a wide tooth comb never a brush. Make sure you condition your hair daily when you wash. Good luck!
