Any place close to SC that doesn't ask for parental permission for 18 years old.

to pps, you have to be 21 in sc to get a tattoo, i just looked it up. shocked!! (link below).
to the op, don't waste time in sc, go to ga or nc and get it done.

I'm just guessing that you aren't 18 yet because at 18 you are of legal age to get a tattoo without any-ones permission. At any reputable tattoo shop all you have to do is show your drivers license of any photo id. If you can't produce one or the other get your parents permission.

At 18 you're legally an "adult." You shouldn't need parental permission, just an ID showing your age.

I live in South Carolina and personally it's better to go to the tattoo shops in Georgia. As long as you have i.d. and aren't under the influence at the time, you can get a tat.
