As far as in real life -- I've never seen a medical file on the man, so it would be impossible to say. In all likelihood, he had two -- the song is definitely perjorative and intentionally offensive. By belittling Hitler, you made him into a "lesser creature" more deserving of punishment and death.

According to the song sung by British squaddies of WW-Two, Hitler did indeed have only one ball.
The song, sung to the tune of Colonel Bogey had a line which went something like this : -
Hitler, has only got one ball,
Goering has two but very small,
Himmler has one [but something]
and Poor old Goebbels has no balls at all.....
To make this song sound authentic, please try and do something approaching a Cockney accent.
