Why the heck am I getting violations for inoffensive questions?
Is anyone offended by "Good afternoon, R&S! What is on your mind(s) today?

My other question, "Is it immoral to burn a Bible", while I'm sure some people would be offended by it, wasn't obscene, and was really inspired by a response to a different question that I had seen.

End of whining, I promise! =0)

Well, that's the thing. It never made it to the R&S roster...

Ah yes, I see you've been hit by the report fairy too. Join the club, sista.

Makes you wonder if they would report you if you had a cabbage for a head!

Added: You ever feel like somebody's watching you? Well apparently someone is and that someone is ready to pounce. Stalker!

To Deke: I get that feeling on the back of my neck that someone is watching me. I only wonder why the hell they didn't tell me that my skirt was tucked in my underpants.

I think yahoo tracks your yahoo account when you get some violations.
than yahoo secretly controls your questions and answers at will.
I know this from experience.
I created several accounts in the past.
One being a militant atheist and the other a militant christian.
yahoo deleted both accounts the same way.
on the atheist account, after I got so many violations yahoo started deleting every question I asked.
in other words, as soon as I asked a question the question would not be visible on yahoo's q&a, even though it would be posted on my q&a.
after about 3 hours yahoo deleted the questions.
on the christian account it was faster.
In fact, yahoo terminated the christian account right away while only deleting the questions on the atheist one.
I don't know if yahoo has a bias towards one or the other.
In any event, try my experiment.
create a seperate militant christian account on a different computer.
When you create a new yahoo account do not, I REPEAT do not include your real name or age or anything on it.
Make everything up so yahoo doesn't trace it back to your regular yahoo account.
I think I made about 10 different I.D.s in the past.
Just a suggestion.
Only dare if you care!
hehehe
God Bless

We were not monkeys, you are talking about a pre-history era or uncivilized time where the man were covering himself with the treees leaves and getting the things burn by striking two stones. That were the stone age, where no civilization had come cup, gradually man invented a lot things by his constant efforts and need of the day, compelled him to work, a lot of things appeared and became the necessities of life
your next question takes to the mind sickness, Bible if the Gift of God which revealed then prophet Jesus how the follower can burn the holy book. It is insane which needs treatment.

human beings and monkeys do proceed to evolve and adapt. they have an uncomplicated ancestor - in spite of the indisputable fact that it wasn't a monkey, a minimum of no longer what you imagine of as a monkey at present. it really is why there are nevertheless monkeys even after human beings developed into the fashion you note at present. it is also why 'the lacking link' has never been discovered. everybody is searching for transitional fossils showing a monkey/guy hybrid. even if there turned right into a superbly preserved fossil checklist going back thousands of years - the evolution of mankind is going back 1000's of thousands of years. We in certain situations get somewhat glimpse into the previous after we ensue upon some bones and random products of pottery, etc. - yet those are all considerably more effective recent. the in hassle-free words project your vehicle will do is evolve into is a pile of rust. It does no longer have the genetic code had to evolve or adapt.

We don't come from monkeys. We're different animal species, but we have a common ancestor. That's why you have monkeys AND humans.

I don't think that burning a Bible is at all immoral. It's just a stance, and though it might be rude to some believers, it's just expressing your opinion, and that, you're allowed to do.

Hey, don't let the hellfire reach you, we've all pretty much experienced it, and survived.

Remember your crucifixion jokes? Have any more?

In the same day I got a violation notice, I got a Best answer from the same question! Yahoo is playing the PC game. At least their employment rate will stay high. You can't say hello these days without offending someone. God says it will get worse though, much worse.

Yeah, I'm tired of thinking out a thoughtful response to a question, hitting "submit," and seeing "This question has been removed." The Nazis are in full swing lately. It's no consolation that Yahoo gives out "violations" on an utterly arbitrary basis.

Incidentally though, I have no idea what your question has to do with your remarks...lol. But they'll probably delete it anyway!

The problem is, the questions are about hot-button issues, and if you press some peoples' buttons, you're going to get a knee-jerk reaction. You've questioned something they literally hold holy, so by God you must be punished for thinking such a thing.

first of all, I'de like to say .we humans are psychologically weak enough that we always need to have something to emotionally hang on too .thats the whole point of all these religions out there .they offer explanations to us that decreases our fear from this unknown universe we live in.since this issue involves everybody ,religions like Christianity and their basic factors such as Bible and church become fairly popular.over the course of history these supposedly "holly books ",became so much involved in our everyday life that now we humans see them as part of our beings .this truly explains all these religious battles that world has seen .simply people think that by loosing their religion or anything related to it ,they will once again be forced to face the unknowns of this world again .to answer your question , i would say" yes this is indeed immoral ".but not because our grandparents have told us so ,but because by doing this you are disturbing people's mind and forcing them to face their ultimate fear.isn't this a fact that we, humans always tend to escape from something that terrifies us ?
by the way, im too lazy to check for grammar and spelling mistakes.sorry for that
