No, I would not.I value the life of my kids and I would not want him/her to hurt themselves or anyone else. And I certainly would not any of my kids to break the law. And if they did insist on driving anyways-I would give them a little tough love and call the cops on them.

Of course not. When you're drunk, your free will is impaired, and your ability to react in a dangerous situation is impaired. Also, driving drunk is against the law.

Here's another scenario: you are drunk and walking with a friend who is sober. A stranger comes up and asks you to empty your bank account and give it to him/her. You say, "Sure!" Now, would you want your friend to allow you to exercise your "free will" and give that stranger all your money, or would you want your friend to stop you from doing something that you'll surely regret later?

If I had a kid & if this kid learned to drive and drink then I would truly make some money allowing him to do so in front of large crowds, in a safe situation!
If you meant my beloved children that is another thing.

We have to teach our kids to respect the civil laws, I have a daughter that is 16 and I teach her that drinking hurts her body, And I tell her drunk drivers kill people and as part of the 10 Commandments we dont kill because its part of GODS law. So the whole free will theory does not apply. And when it comes to our children they dont have complete free will till they are out of our care.

No - because it is against the law and he or she could hurt/kill someone. What does being Christian have to do with it? Anyone that loves their children should not want them to be driving drunk.

Nope.

1) you said 'my kid' - that means he lives with me
2) 'allow your kid' - that means he already knows my rules
3) 'even if he wanted' to drive drunk - indicates his judgement is impaired - if i knowingly allow him to take the wheel, I assume responsibility for the consequences.

Even if he wanted to? Would he drive drunk if he didn't want to?

No. It is against the law for one thing. Second, I want my child and anyone in his/her path to stay alive. Third, I don't want my child to be a drunkard.
