Update: I have gone to the websites; the user manual website nor the JVC website has a manual for the KD-g200 radio.

Press and hold the SEL button until the setup menu comes up. Press the << or >> buttons to scroll through the menu until you see CLOCK H. Use the volume control to set the hours. Press >> again to get to CLOCK M and use the volume control to set the minutes. Press SEL again when you're done.
