Don't overcook them!!!! Probably the worst thing we have done to pork is over cook it, so, make sure that your chops are cooked according to their thickness and the recipe. Thicker chops, that are stuffed, will need a longer time in the oven. Thinner ones only need a few minutes. If you are grilling them, then sear the outside, and remove from direct heat. Check them after 15 minutes to see if the juices run clear. If not, return to the grill and check again every 5 minutes. You can also place your pork chops in a brine of water, salt, and sugar overnight to add flavor and moistness to them. Good luck!

My mom made this when I was a kid and my kids love it now. Lay the chops in a single layer of a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper or with seasoning salt, what ever is your preference. Then on top of that squirt some mustard. Again you can use regular mustard, honey mustard (gives them a little sweet flavor) or a spicy mustard. Then take one can of chicken noodle soup and pour over the top. Bake them in the oven for about 45 to 60 minutes. They will come out very tender and full of flavor.

slightly fry them so they are cooked on the out side. I put them then on uncooked augratin potatoes and stick them in the oven. Just follow the potato instructions .I think its for about 30 mins. The chops are very tender

I would suggest you put them under the grill, about 8" from the top element and grill for about 7 minutes each side. (3/4"-1" thick)
Add a few more minutes if they are thicker.
Use a rack in the roasting pan to catch the fat as it drips out.

Poach them in a seasoned pork or chicken stock at 155 degrees. They can stay in there as long as you need them to without drying out.

My favorite recipe is to put them in a loaf cake pan and then spread chicken and rice soup over then and bake at 350F.
The soup helps keep them moist and added seasoning.

season and sautee them in a lightly oiled skillet on both sides, then pour a can of cream of mushroom soup over them and let it simmer on low with a lid on it for 15-20 minutes.
