I am a 19 year old girl who is having pain in my stomach right below the ribs. It hurts when i lay on my belly and it hurts to the point that it keeps me awake/ wakes me from my sleep. I have had it for three days and it just seems to be getting worse.

you have alot of "stomach" right below your ribs, so your description is inadequate to give you any kind of answer....if it is getting worse, then see a doctor.

Go to the doctor and get some simple blood work done and they will be able to tell you what is wrong. Don't wait especially since it keeps getting worse.

It could be anything ranging from stomach cramps to appendicitis. See a doctor for a proper diagnosis.
