first of all, what is th problem, or why do you feel like crying?
sometimes we are upset about lttle things or just anything and
a sit down and a good cry really helps to release the pressure
of the day. you can cry right where you are. there is no need to go to another room, lock the the door unless that makes you feel better, remember its ok to cry anywhere. if available
someones shoulder works great.
hope i helped you out.

If you have enough reserve to ask this question, you don't need to cry.
However--Crying is a very personal thing, so if you do decide to cry, and you know it will cause someone hurt, ie. make them think they did something wrong, or if you are grieving but want to be strong for the purpose of helping others, such as at a funeral, cry in private.

Umm well telling you that sometime when i feel very very sad or upset.....I do the same..I just lock myself in the room and cry then i feel light.......somtimes you feel better after crying.......I won't like to see you crying......but if you are upset and have some burden on your mind, go in your room and do cry....becuase if you want to cry and you just hold it , you would feel even worse !! Btw i am always here to share your grieves :)

((Hugs))

I think crying is best done in private, where you can let it all out. However, it should be acceptible to weep silently in front of others, if you're feeling sad or moved.

If you want to cause a scene or protest an injustice, you can sob or wail in front of them, but most people don't like that behavior. If you're in the office or if you're working in a store, such behavior is way unprofessional.

P.S. I cry very easily--and I used to cry more easily in the past than I do now!

Lock your self in your room. You should not share with others your grief. When you have composed yourself, and have reasoned out why you was crying then approach the person or persons and let them know your situation.

If I were in this situation, I would lock myself in my room and cry because I would be too embarrassed to cry in front of others. However, if I were seeking some compassion and caring from others, I would cry in front of them. It also depends upon whether or not you have the ability to control your crying.

It's better than bottling your feelings in.

But don't lock yuorself too long, We all need some alone time to gather our emotions and our thoughts, But don't stay locked i there for too long, It's good to have a shoulder to cry on.

you know what? crying is okay.
If you feel better crying by yourself then find a room or if you'd like to have some support and someone to console you just let it out.
