I don't know if this is the brand name, or the kind of cheese... Zola. It's from Holland. It's a light yellow color but its so much stronger than cheddar. It comes in a block and I just shred it over steamed vegetables. Oh, its so good and a little bit goes a long way!h

Cottage Cheese!
Plain or with apple sauce.
When I was pregnant with my children I craved cottage cheese with a lot of ketchup mixed in....I know that is so gross..it was almost soup. At the time I thought it was so wonderful why didn't someone market it that way! My poor husband would turn green watching me relish every last drop.

I love a chunk of nice sharp Cheddar or Stilton with grapes, apple slices, and pears. My second favorite is Crandale with Melba toast and a glass of Shiraz.

Moldy cheddar, well it's best for putting on you're friends Grilled Cheese sandwich, after they have done something to you, which desperately deserves retalliation.
Oh be careful though, one of my best friends, did that to his friend (thats where I got the idea) i think he ended up with a black eye. so watch out, it really packs a punch!

Cheez Whiz (which, I know, is not actual cheese, but a "cheese food product.") smothering some delicious golden brown fries. Bonus points if there is also chili involved.

Brie. Top with brown sugar and pecans (or walnuts) and pop in the microwave until everything is nicely melted.. Then cut up a nice tart apple and eat with the brie. Excellent! Nice and creamy
