Who TOLD!?

2007-05-09 06:20:58 · answer #1 · answered by Suzanne 5 · 1 0

I can not really answer yes or no.

The reason is because if you belong to God's church you have been born into her and there by will attend services as much as you are able.

Having food and drink and company is nice, but you can only be born into God's church.

I would say no. As there is no God what does it hurt. Also I would say that there are a LOT of people who join the church for the food and company. It's human nature to want to belong to a crowd.

If you were hungry enough to join a church, maybe God put you there for a reason. And fellowship (company) is a great reason to go to church. You must want to be close to God, too, or you would have picked a food shelter. ;) Lots of food and plenty of company! Enjoy your church experience! You will have fun.

Food is good, so is company.

And as far as I know the church should be open to anyone

That's up to you. If you have no real interest in god, that's between you and him. There are a lot of people who claim to be Christians that aren't. At least you're honest about it.

No, it is not. Church is opened to everyone, but the main purpose is to worship God and to communicate with him through prayers.

Company is good, particularily if they are Christian. But the main reason is to worship God and hear his word.

what kind of food are we talking about? And if the people are nice, then you're in the right place.
