It's a goatee. A goatee plus moustache (hair encircling the mouth) is called a van dyke, to my knowledge.

If by 'mexi' they meant that you are Mexican, then you might not get one. People between 90 and 75 percent Hispanic ancestry simply don't grow facial hair besides a moustache. Sorry.
