There are numerous withdrawal symptoms from temazepam. Anxiety, insomnia and muscular problems are the most common. For a full list of withdrawal symptoms see this link http://www.bcnc.org.uk/symptoms.html
Doctors are meant to gradually reduce temazepam over a period of months. They are not meant to stop the drug abruptly. Your doctor was negligent if he did that.
On the above link I gave you for the symptom list you can click on the option that says support group, which is at the top of the page. You can then join a withdrawal support group which will be able to help you better and give you specific guidance and advice concerning your withdrawal from temazepam.
You can get addicted and suffer withdrawal symptoms after only taking these drugs for a few weeks. The higher the dose and the longer the usage the more severe the withdrawal symptoms usually.

Temazepam withdrawals may include: confusion, hallucinations, delirium, impaired cognative functions, memory loss, muscle tremors and twitching, loss of motor function and equilibrium, trouble speaking, psychosis, seizures and convulsions. Abrupt dicontinuation can trigger any one of these symptoms or all of them. And they can become noticeable within the first 48 to 72 hours after discontinuation of the medication. Seek medical help, or call 911 if you experience any of these symtoms whereas some of these can be life treatening and may cause permenant damage. Talk to your Dr. about tapering off of this medication. It is far more dangerous than the FDA and the pharmaceutical companies are telling. The risk of addiction in a short amount of time is extremely HIGH.

increased anxiety, excitability, irregular heart rate, night sweats. But you haven't really been on them long enough to expect withdrawal, unless you have been taking huge doses.
