Well today is Tuesday here in the U.S.
I put in in on Sunday, but put the Teriyaki marinade on Monday. Yeah that may still make it a bit overwhelming. Thinking of adding some orange juice to counteract that if that would help.

The keeping time for fresh fish is about a day. But, marinated slows down bacterial growth. I hope you had lemon juice on it also. and that you put it in to marinate from frozen . If so in the frig the whole time should be fine.

So far, it's been marinating for three days. Since teriyaki is made with alot of sugar and salt, the salmon should still be fine, if it has been refrigerated.

The biggest problem is, such a long marinating time might have a bit of a negative affect on the salmon...the flesh might be extremely delicate (it will fall apart very easily), and/or the flavor of the teriyaki might overwhelm the flavor of the fish. In either case, it will still be edible.

You didn't say what day it was, so, who knows? My general rule of thumb for meats and fish is to toss them after 3 -4 days

Once it has been completely thawed you have two days maximum to use it in order to prevent foodborne illness.
