Adam and Eve had Cain, Abel, Seth and other brothers (plural) and sisters (plural). So minimum (using the Bible alone) there would have been at least 7 direct children*.

How many if we make some assumptions? My answer would be from 7 children all the way up to 203 children**.

Adam lived 930 years..We only know he had many children entire cities.
