sounds like a classic allergy response, you can try an over the counter antihistamine for some relief, but I would suggest you see an allergist to find out what it is that you are allergic to so you can perhaps remove it from your environment.

You have an allergy. You could be allergic to dust in your room or to the washing power/fabric conditioner you use on your duvet, or maybe you have a pet? Try changing your washing power to a more sensitive one. Strip your bed and give your mattress a really good hoovering. It's a case of elimination.
