You should go to a bike shop and have them size you up. Bike size is critical. So many facotors including height, inseem, arm length, etc. come into play. You don't want to make a mistake. I highly recommend getting fitted for all rider, but particularly very tall or very short ones.

First poster is correct, go get sized!!! Bike frame size depends on a lot more than height. Your body's proportions will determine which frame is the best for you. You should be able to get sized at any local bike shop for free. They can also suggest bikes for you budget and the type of riding you'll be doing.

Fit is CRITICAL!!!

Good luck!

for a mountain bike go for a 20-22" frame. for a road bike, take a 60cm. some mountain bikes have a sloping top tube so its best to actually ride a bike before you buy one.
