Um, no, that's not a lot of food. But you can't just eat practically nothing and lose weight, you also need to WORK OUT. Go for a run, a walk, a job, skip rope, do yoga etc.
You could have some chicken for dinner with some Asparagus ( I dont like the taste of Asparagus but its good for a diet ) and for lunch, you could have a wrap. Lettuce, cheese, 1 tomatoe (small) turkey or ham, with low fat mayo in a soft shell. Very tasty.

If you are trying to lose weight you must eat a clean healthy diet. Not eating enough is almost as bad as eating too much. If you dont eat enought your body goes into starvation mode and actually stores fat. What you have listed above are good food choices but you have only eaten about 350 calories, no where near enough. You can eat a turkey sandwich on whole wheat with some mustard (No Mayo) for lunch then for dinner eat 4-6 oz. of chicken or fish with brown rice or a baked potato and a vegetable.

Also, go find one of the many weight or diet calculators online. It will help you calculate how much you need to eat to safely lose weight

You need to eat a well balanced diet of protein, carbohydrates and fats

Good Proteins
Lean beef,chicken,fish

Complex Carbohydrates
Baked potatoes
Yams
Brown Rice
Fruits
Vegetables

Healthy fats
Olive oil
Nuts
fats from fish like salmon and tuna

Hon, you need some fat in there. I did an ultra low fat diet and it totally backfired and I ended up with a gallstone because of it. The body does need some fat and protein or it will start storing any fat it gets. It's energy, don't feel bad about having some fat, otherwise the body thinks it's in starvation mode.

Good luck!

Sounds good so far..you have had 1 dairy and 3 servings of fruit. Try for some protein in one of your next meals such as lean chicken or fish and don't forget the vegetables.

That is a very light breakfast and very healthy snacks. A nice lunch would be a sandwich with protein like turkey with vegetables like tomato and lettuce on whole wheat bread. You can pair it with either baked chips or soup or fruit. fruit is an excellent snack. Dinner, protien like chicken breast seasoned your favorite way paired with a starch like rice and vegetables. My favorite mixed veggies are fresh steamed zucchini and/or yellow squash baby carrots and califlower seasoned with garlic salt and a dash of red pepper flakes.

You are short on grains and protein - and you did not mention the quantities of what you are eating. But sounds pretty good to me. -k-
