While you can't "spot reduce" the fat, you CAN use weights to tone the area. When you go walking, take some light weights (2-4 lbs) with you -- you'll see the difference in no time! Just be sure you move your arms in controlled motions; don't swing them all around. You can try 10-20 steps with different motions (boxing, lifting overhead, curls etc) to mix things up and work the area in different ways. Good luck!

No matter what people tell you it is impossible to spot train. Meaning, if you are going to loose weight, you are going to loose it all over your body not just in one spot.

What you should concentrate on is toning your arms. Meet with a personal trainer to set up a good resistance training program to meet your goals.

The only way to do it is to lose weight overall. You can't control what part of your body the fat burned will come from.

you can tone that area by weight training doing exercises like bicep curls and tricep exercises follow it up with cardio and a clean diet and lots and lots of water many people do not drink enough water so there body stores water in making you look heavier than what you are your urine color should be clear in color not yellow which indicates dehydration.
