Chop a red pepper and a jalapeno into the corn for a colorful and spicy dish. Or put the corn in a skillet with 2 tbs bacon grease and fry it. Not particularly healthy, but delicious.

Shepherd's pie--mashed potatoes with hamburger and corn (either creamed or regular) all in a casserole dish. It's great, especially with gravy.
I don't know the exact recipe (usually my wife just calls me to the dining room and there's something on the table for me to eat), but I'm sure there's a recipe for it online somewhere.

there's this really different one using canned creamed corn. & you can add your can of regular corn to it also!
Sautee onions & garlic in a little bit of canola oil. When that's tender, add the creamed corn & reg. corn and let that cook. When it's just about ready to serve, lay nice thin slices of monterey jack cheese all over & let it melt. Sprinkle pepper on the top & serve!
