No, the expression "bite me" is only a metaphorical insult.

lemme tell you who to bite and make your choice.
1. my mom-she wasnt at the hospital when I was in labor because it was raining and she didnt want to drive in the rain and then wasnt there when I gave birth but for 5 mins and left without saying goodbye
2. her boyfriend john because hes a drug head, a felon, a bad bad man
3. my nanny-she abandoned her family
4. her boyfriend clyde-he took her away and is making her bad
5. Gearoge Bush-hes stupid
6. my cousin matt-hes being bad in school and keeps getting suspended and is going to end up failing the 6th grade
7. whoever else you can think of that is bad
