I have had epelepsy now for 25 years, it runs in my family. So i am very farmiliar with it.

A few hours before a seizure my skin feels like an odd hot / clammy feel to it.

I feel like i am not to with it, people talk to me and i cannot focus on what they are saying, walking is strange, talking is strange

The main way i know i am going to have one is the hot / clammy skin, its so obvious

i have the same feeling of being out of it and not comprehending people. i also get an intense urge to sleep like im suddenly SO tired i just have to lay down right away. i also get staring spells so i just blank out for a while. my mom who also has epilepsy gets more warning and she sees lights in her eyes she says and also the out of it feeling. i had one seizure though where i was paralyzed but my mind was clear i could hear, see, knew what was going on around me but i couldnt move or speak i could just blink and swallow normal bodily functions. everyone is different and have different kinds of seizures too.. my friend who has no history of epilepsy had one a couple months and he just blacked out and started convulsing for no reason.. they still dont know why.

I don't really know when it's coming on anymore, but I used to feel sick to my stomach just before it came on. I feel cold, clammy, tired, and for some reason my fingers tingle after one now.
